that's not always the case though. it is sometimes other libraries that are failing to create an object that aren't registered. i get a similar thing with some of the games i used to play because comaudio won't register on my system anymore, so two of the games i play come up with that error. what exactly does this dao350 do then? what does it have to do with office if general apps use it also?
