I almost beat the game earlier today with that strategy. I took out the six ships that seem to openly attack Federation space, then took the Defiant into the enemy teritories, only decloaking when I got the red alert siren warning me of enemy ships. I'd probably have done it, too, but I had to go to class. It ain't pretty when the pretty leaves you with no place to go. J.D.
