Hi Dan, Well, if you are willing to spend the money the Ivona voices work with Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 8 64-bit systems, and are about the closest you can get to human sounding voices. The voices from Cepstral also work with 64-bit Windows as well, but they are rather choppy and I've actually had issues installing them on some computers. So in my opinion the Ivona voices is a better deal.
