Hi Phil, Thanks for letting us know about this new Monopoly game. I've asked my wife to keep a look out for it, and to get it if we can afford it. This sounds like exactly what I was looking for in terms of a new accessible game project.
I've been pondering the idea of writing some open source games that would run on Mac, Linux, and Windows, and something like this Empire Monopoly is just perfect for what I have in mind. However, as there are so many accessible versions of classic Monopoly already such as Jim Kitchen's Monopoly, RS Games Monopoly, etc I didn't really want to rewrite something that already existed. However, this new Monopoly Empire game would allow me to create something like Monopoly, but different enough to be its own game. Cheers!
