(Where is the Self Destruct keygen on Vista?) Should be in the same place, "C:\Program Files (x86)". Windows should still be able to fix the shortcut if you run it. What does it say instead?
Re-run the installer as admin. Does that help? The game works flawlessly on XP even with the missing shortcut. I expect that the game is just another victim of new Windows versions.
