Hi Devin, No, unfortunately not, nor can a Mac version be created since Time of Conflict is written in Visual Basic 6 which is proprietary to Windows. Until David Greenwood switches to C++ or something more cross-platform compatible I find him creating Mac versions of anything highly unlikely for the foreseeable future.
