I don't believe there are any literal games about mobility and orientation,
however there are lots of games from shades of doom to mortalmaze that
require you to develop those sorts of skills, indeed I've noticed that the
information I get from blindsquare on my Iphone is roughly the same as what
I'd get from some of the object navigators in a well constructed first
person game such as shades.
