Well, Blindside kind of relates to orientation and mobility. The premise is 
that something has caused everyone to go blind and the main character goes out 
to investigate, crossing the street with a subway train stopped in the middle 
of it and finding his way around the university science building where he 
teaches in order to get various tasks done. I won't elaborate, but these tasks 
directly relate to the game plot.

I don't know if The curb Game is still available. I think it was on audiogames, 
so you'll have to wait for that to come back online. You have to make your way 
across a street, and it gets faster and more tricky as time goes by.

Of course there's my favorite game of all time, Terraformers. You are on a 
deserted planet with rogue robots and you have to find computer parts hidden in 
various places, all the while keeping track of the locations of power stations 
to give your spacesuit more juice.
