Hi Josh, You can't. In order to make Dosemu accessible you have to put it in terminal/text mode which disables audio. Which means if you are playing games in order to make Dosemu accessible you won't be able to hear the sounds. I don't know what the answer here is, but playing Dos games isn't something practical for a blind person no matter the OS and screen reader they use.
