Hi Shaun, Not necessarily. Remember it is a game after all, and in games all kinds of crazy things are possible that aren't possible in the real world.
That said, Phil's idea sounds a bit like the old Atari game called Fast Food. In that game there are all kinds of fast food items like burgers, hot dogs, fries, etc flying across the screen. It is your job to shoot and eat as much food as you can. Occasionally during the various rounds the game character would belch to let you know he was full. However, there was no actual limit to how many food items he could eat.
