Lol Tom, I never played that fast food game but it sounds fun.

Some of the Kirby games however have some great minigames revolving around food sinse Kirby is a greedy person. For those who don't know, Kirby is a cutesy (if rather synister), character who is a pink ball with feet and eyes and who has the ability to suck in monsters, items and various other things, and even transform himself into them, (his name Kirby is obviously because of his resemblance to the brand of vacuume cleaner).

The Kirby games all include little minigames, which are short arcade games that can be played either on the title screen for some divertion, or as part of the main game for extra lives.

In Kirby superstar for the snes, there is a game called the great gourmet race where Kirby has to race along chased by the evil penguin king dedede. The first to win the race or eat most food wins, which gets particularly fun when kirby can get power ups like turning himself into a giant rolling wheel or flying around with a jet pack.

The description of that atari game though reminded me more of a game called fast food in Kirby & the amazing mirror for the gba. In that game four different coloured Kirbys surround a table and a food item like a burger, a carrot or a cabbage is stuck on the table, the kirby who presses suck fast enough gets to hoover up the grub and wins that round, and for the human player this means some pretty quick reactions, (it's a little like the more well known samurai kirby in gameplay but with a very different theme).

All the best,

Dark.

Hi Shaun,

Not necessarily. Remember it is a game after all, and in games all
kinds of crazy things are possible that aren't possible in the real
world.

That said, Phil's idea sounds a bit like the old Atari game called
Fast Food. In that game there are all kinds of fast food items like
burgers, hot dogs, fries, etc flying across the screen. It is your job
to shoot and eat as much food as you can. Occasionally during the
various rounds the game character would belch to let you know he was
full. However, there was no actual limit to how many food items he
could eat.

Ok phill lol.
However wouldn't you get either to full and become your own planet or
explode into tiny bits?
Wouldn't you loose your lunch anyway.
