hey that sound awesome either make a game where you can create a
distructive simulation of a storm and find out how much havoc and
distruction it can cause or make a game that you as a storm chaser or e
meteorologist has to warn people in a town and make them believe you
that a distructive storm is coming and get them to safety before that
storm hits if you don't get the people out in time before the
distructive storm hit, then the consequences they suffer is death.

I haven't heard a lot of details on what exactly what you want in
terms of a game. I have only the vaguest idea what you are talking
about here. I have no idea how it would work, how the game would be
played, how one would score, what one would have to do, and about all
I gather is you make rain. So weather or not it would be fun is wide
open to interpretation at this point.
