with windows10 no recovery disk is really needed. you just go in and hit
the reset button in settings. but before i reset i always try to fix the
issue first.

There are 2 problems.
1. bloated units on default config are just that default, who wants
that.
2. While people think reformatting is the last resort, running
reformat certainly is the last resort.
But the recovery cd takes it away, it makes it work people don't seem
to care how anymore.
We are losing our ability to fix stuff.
