I just wanted to put my two cents worth in here.

I had purchased Aliens in the Outback when ESP had it. Then after it 
switched hands to Draconis I requested a new key. I had it in a fairly short 
time and was up and running. This past Christmas I purchased pinball extreme 
and party pack 1 and received very prompt service on getting my order 
processed and the registration keys.

It sounds like this person did not receive lightning quick service and 
therefore lumped all of Draconis services in as one bad apple. I hope they 
hear others who had great service and can open their mind as well as their 
eyes and see that perception in this case is not total reality.
