Hi, Not only that a developer is better not using copyrighted characters and places for his or her fantacy game just for copyright sake. I've seen requests sent to me personally suggesting I make a Final Fantacy or Warcraft game and while they are cool there are just to many copyrights involved with using those specific places and characters. Fantacy is broad enough to make up a very generic storyline, line, and plot without having to resort to outright using other peoples work.
