it depends on what all you have on the box, because some of those accounts are for software to be able to run properly. if you set the name in the account list to the one you want to log in as. Then it shouldn't log in as anything else, unless you got more then one op on that box. Then your talking another game and not sure if any screen reader reads in that menu, because it comes up before any log in.
