As for the amulet half, the other half is apparently still not in the game. As for the silver axe medallion, I've never found a use for it. I've noticed that the steel axe from Stoneback Hill isn't much different from the Blade of the Fox. I tried it once in the cemetary and noticed nothing special aout it. The Kreyne Blade is still the best weapon for fighting undead since you always get a boost to your MR when you encounter one.
