You will be able to play single player in the fact that you can log into 
the world at any time and hunt monsters, shop for equipment, go on quests 
etc.  But as far as playing on your own computer by yourself without logging 
into the world, that will be impossible, as the world itself will exist only 
on my server, much like a mud.
