Hi Thomas,  I use the mouse and set the mouse speed to 50.  This is quite 
sensitive and doesn't require a great deal of movement whilst racing.  When 
you go into mouse speed settings set the lean to zero and move the mouse 
left or right to what you think is comfortable for, lets say, a 90 degree 
turn.  now press the D key and see if it reads 45 or so which is good for  a 
90 turn.  You effectively stamp on the breaks if you move your mouse 
backwards. so,  don't do it!  Always pick up your mouse to move back.Also my 
mouse mat is taped securely down to the desk to stop any unwanted movement. 
Lastly,  I couldn't get on with using the middle button for the jump jets so 
have configured the space bar for jumping. give that a go and take my 
advice, go easy on the red wine as a steady hand is essential.
