Actually Jim, I think what you've just said is probably some of the most encouraging stuff for someone like him, because I think many people, even myself had this notion that you need to be this absolute BSC-type, flying through a whole degree in college type of person. I'll talk to him about this, because I think that we always picture people like Thomas and you as like having these major degrees in computer science, and, really, this will probably not just be thrilling for him, but even for me as well!
