I did a search for the file, sapisvr.exe, and when I tried to run it I got the following message: Windows Windows cannot open this file: File: sapisvr.exe.0880F209_45FA_42C5_92AE_5E620033E8EC To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs on your computer. What do you want to do? Use the Web service to find the appropriate program Select the program from a list OK Cancel Then when I choose, Select the program from a list , and try to open it from a list here are the options I get: Open With Choose the program you want to use to open this file: File: sapisvr.exe.0880F209_45FA_42C5_92AE_5E... Programs Recommended Programs: Internet Explorer Other Programs: Adobe Reader 7.0 JConfig Microsoft Office Document Imaging Microsoft Office InfoPath Microsoft Office Picture Manager Microsoft Office PowerPoint Type a description that you want to use for this kind of file: Always use the selected program to open this kind of file Browse... If the program you want is not in the list or on your computer, you can look for the appropriate program on the Web. OK Cancel Not to sound ignorant, but I'm not sure what to do to get it open.
