Hi Jimmy. I have a self-generated character that I've been playing for about 2-3 weeks. He has 9 skills and 7 powers, so the same is possible if you generate the character yourself. However you would have to cheat a bit by reading the wiki or use your past experiences to know what skills and powers you can acquire in the game itself.
