I sure am having fun. Just a general question- what do you think about the
display? On the gameboy advanced sp, when the light was on, I could tell.
When it wasn't, I could (I have a bit of light perception in my right eye).
On the psp, however, I can't tell how bright I'm making it. I tried making
it as dim as possible, but then if I want sited friends to play it, they'll
need it a bit brighter. How many brightness settings does it have? Maybe
I'll try it in a totally dark room, as I can't see the light at all.
I love the organomic design though! You can feel the stylishness of the
thing. Its just something you want to pick up in your hand and it fits in
there like an ipod. Sleek, black and beautiful. Its something you'll want to
pick up and use, but once you pick it up you'll protect it to your death,
and if any finger print creeps onto its surface, out comes the cloth, at
least for me, if someone tells you, hey there bro, you got a coupla finger
prints on it. Its like your ipod, your jewlery. Something you love but don't
want to harm in any way. It just feels so right when you play it. Sorry I'm
ranting but I absolutely love it. People can see it, they think wow, that's
nice. But I don't think anybody can ever say that they've felt something and
they could tell it was stylish. The finish on it is glossy and looks great
with the color, black, apparently. The only problem is though, with the
slimness comes, most likely, fragilities. I'm treating this thing with
reverence. Nobody touches it but me, and nothing gets on it, I got an
aluminum case ((A place for everything, everything in its place. Yo ho ho.)
I've got a cleaning cloth, earbudds, an extra battery which I haven't opened
yet, a car adapter and the power cord. Now, this power cord. I hate it. I
hate the fact it has two peaces, why couldn't they have just made it into
one peace, like the car adapter? Oh well, that's my only real complaint. I
love the aluminum case- it feels very, very sturdy. I doubt anyone stepping
on it would do any harm (Of course I'm not about to try it, but its ten
times better than just a regular psp pouch when your transporting it).

Some other things I'm seeing in the future are those little tiny buttons
might stick, or the l and r buttons seem very clicky. I can't explain it any
better, they feel clicky. Other than that, the analogue nub takes getting
used to, but other than that it feels well balanced. I wish it vibrated,
though! I loved the ps2 for doing that. I also hate the way the memory stick
comes out- there's a cover on rubber rails. I could see that coming off if
someone wasn't careful. The power switch is nifty, though, I especially like
the standby mode, that sure helps a lot. I can just hit pause, hit the
switch forward once and bang. No saying hey, wait for me, I gotta turn this
thing off. And no load times to get the game started again.

I wish there was a program out there, on the pc, that told you how many
hours or percent left of the psp's battery. I wonder if someone could make
one of those?

That's about all I have to say on this matter, those are my observations, or
maybe my rant, so far.

Have a good day from Tyler C. Wood!
