This is why I like all the anime-based fighting games so much. Most of their
menus are narated. They don't particularly tell you what the menu item is,
but they give you a description of what you'll find. For example, one of the
items in Dragon ball z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 of course, is options. They
don't say options, but one of the characters comes up on the screen and
says, you can change your game, camera and other options here. And the main
story mode is described as, "You can experience all sorts of historic batles
here!" Etc.

It isn't an accessible game, and it doesn't work with a screen reader. You
will need to remember the menus etc just like you would if playing the
console version.
