I just received my Realistic Logitech MOMO Racing Wheel and before I attempt
to hook it up wanted to ask anyone here who has one if there is anything
special I need to do besides plug it into the usb port and go? Also I know
it is suppose to have some sort of realistic feed back so you feel like you
are really driving. Is there anything I need to setup to get this feedback?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yup, rail racer works great with it, i have the logi Tech wheel myself and
it is a lot of fun with RR.
I'm pretty sure Top Speed will make use of the wheel as well.
You can get a demo of rail racer at:
www.blindAdrenaline.com
The demo is just a taste of the game really, no online action, and you
can't save up and modify your racer much, as in the career mode of the full
version of RR, but it will give you a good idea of how the game works.
  Happy racing,
Che
