Hi Jason, I don't believe any of the three in existence have online scoreboards. However, the fact there are already three in existence--Sudo-San, Soundoku, and BGSudoku--means you might not get much buck for your time, especially considering that two of the three are free.
If you could something together for the iPhone or pocket PC, however, you might be on to something.
