Hi Jim, Well, as far as the AT&T voices goes it depends on what version of the voices you have. I've got all the Sapi 5.x compatible versions of those voices, and they work fine on Windows 7. The older versions released for Sapi 4.x didn't work for me. So this is a version issue which might or might not apply to you. As for the Sapi 5.1 SDK that is strictly for Windows XP and earlier. For Windows Vista and Windows 7 the Sapi 5.3 SDK is now a part of the Windows Platform SDK instead of a stand alone product. It is still possible to write Visual Basic 6 applications using Sapi 5.3 because it is still a standard Windows com library, but if you are looking for Visual Basic 6 documentation on Sapi 5.3 documentation you are out of luck. Visual Basic 6 is considered a dead language as far as professional developers are concerned so getting up to date documentation etc is going to become harder and harder to come by. Anyway, if you absolutely need the docs save your 5.1 docs, and don't worry about installing a SDK for Vista/Windows 7 as it is only for C++ developers these days.
