Hi Lori, The reason it says "burning torch" is because the torch is burning when you get it. If you notice when you grab one off the wall you hear it go out. Angela relights it when it is needed.
As for adding a visited here before key that shouldn't be a problem. That is a fairly simple addition to the game. In fact, the functionality is already in the engine, but I just never asigned it to any thing because I didn't think it was needed in a 2d side-scroller. Cheers!
