Well ios is a different thing all together.
Internal screenreaders on macs and other things means there are more chances of getting accessible games. That loads of stuff works is just cool and for another the i market and accessible macs in general is not that old only a few years. The big companies havn't got on to that just yet and most stuff costs less than a packet of chips.

Yeah. I kind of wish Papa Sangre came to consoles actually, just to spark interest in audio games, because i hear of two more iOS audio games coming out that are under development.
