I don't have any plans to do that. I know it would prevent anyone from having to register Direct X7, but most people don't end up having to do that anyway, and those who do, only have to do it once and they are set for any game that uses Direct X7. Registering the file is pretty easy to do, and only a few people seem to have had trouble following the steps in the read me file.
