Dave, I've heard of a handful of people using NVDA, as well as Windows Eyes and various versions of Jaws with all of the clients. Unfortunately, it seems to be dependent on your exact configuration and getting the right scripts; in that regard, I don't know that I can help you. Perhaps some of the other players can though.
