I downloaded the game, but now I need to unlock it, but unfortunately I can't find my reg key as it was bought for me in 2002 so I contacted support at dracomess but they haven't gotten back to me, or if they had, I missed the mssage. What is the senders name of the sender at Dracomess entertainment? What I mean is, what will my screen reader say when I do get a response and I arrow on the support message. Will it say something like dracomess support?
