The ps3 and xbox 350s also have this function, especially for games that have online which is more or less 95% of games today. As to games themesleves, it's already been pointed out that most games on the psp are fighting games. But if your kid already plays GTA... well, that game is about as disgusting as it gets, and most fighting games will not be a problem. The ipad has some more games that are more kid-friendly, but it's all in what your kid wants to play. If you have more questions feel free to ask and all of us console fans here will try to answer them. ----- Original Message ----- From: "shaun everiss" <sm.ever...@gmail.com> To: "Johnny Tai" <johnnyti...@shaw.ca>; "Gamers Discussion list" <gamers@audyssey.org>

I must say on the subject of the psp that each games has an os update.
ie if you don't have the requirements it asks you to install them and does so.
I have not seen this on any other gaming units.
quite good.
Each time you buy a new game you may get a new os upgrade which just rocks.
