Hi Ryan, Desura is a download and installation tool for game developers much like Steam is. However, like Steam Desura is very inaccessible. Unfortunately, if you want to play the Blindside you will have to have someone sighted install and set it up, because the game developer is obviously clueless as to accessibility issues with Desura.
