The problem is that both python and haskell have access to the
configuration file, and they use different serialization for the
None/Nothing concept.
The procedure for loading the JSON serialization of one of the two
languages should be adapted to recognize the serialization of the other one
in the proper way. Otherwise we'll fight with this more and more.
