I agree that this processing should be fixed generally. Yet I don't know
how to fix it, since I am not very much into the connection of Python and
Haskell.
I wanted to mention another thing that I stumbled over today (and should
probably fixed with fixing the aforementioned issue):
When the file is written, variables of NoneType are saved as None into the
file. When reading it back, None is interpreted as a string with the
value "None".
