Thank you for the patch. Since it's a new feature, I'm assigning it to the
current development version.
Perhaps it'd be simpler to have just one operation "resize-disk" instead of
two "grow-disk" and "shrink-disk", and only distinguish them at the lowest
level where the operation is actually performed.
