didn't OS definitions just ignore all disks besides the first (=index 0)?
At least this was the case, back in time, when I used
ganeti-instance-debootstrap. If it is still the case, my proposal wouldn't
change anything, because the first disk is not affected. Just disks
starting from index 1.
