This behavior is reproducible but it's definitely not a bug. The reason is
that kvm daemon had started before the gnt-cluster init was finished. Then
it was restarted again successfully. So, by the end of the initialization
process, the cluster was in a consistent state. Even more, the message you
pointed to has been logged as INFO, not WARNING or ERROR. So, just ignore
it.
And feel free to open other issues when necessary.
