Apparently there are a lot of choices for replacing TemplatePower with some other templating class. Check out http://www.whenpenguinsattack.com/2006/07/19/php-template-engine-roundup/ We just need to find one that isn't GPL. Preferably BSD or MIT. Apache license would be good also.
