Don't release just yet though, there's probably one other change I'd like to include for 3.1.3 - eliminating calls to sleep() in the gmetad threads, and making the randomization more reliable for lower intervals (making it a percentage of the interval rather than an absolute value). Any preference for nanosleep or apr_sleep?
