I should clarify, what I meant to say was: "The resulting tarball should build fine on Solaris without Python support" :-) I don't believe this is a regression from previous release(s), please have a look at this thread: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg05119.html This is a known issue and we'll continue to work on it. Hopefully you will be able to use the OpenCSW packages that Daniel will release shortly.
