Bernard, I have checked my httpd error logs and I got a load of "file not found" warnings in the RRDS directory, upon checking this directory I noticed that my machine name directory was all lower case - when the error logs reported the hostname to be in capitals. I moved this directory to be correctly named and all my graphs are showing up correctly now, even on the mainpage! However I now have a problem with the pie chart on the main page - but I suspect that might be a similar problem.

First, check your apache/httpd error logs to see if it hints at any issues. Since you are just testing on a headnode, I don't suppose firewall has anything to do with it, but in case you have SELinux enabled, make sure you disable it.
