First bug: the bugzilla user manual link is broken (HTTP 404)! :-o

I've filed a report as requested, I left the Priority at P5 since it was the 
default, and I have assume this hits all platforms.

Oops, sorry.  I found it out by reading the code for a user and thought it 
might be of interest to others.  Your documentation is perfectly adequate, I 
just hadn't seen it.  Sorry.
