www.lispniks.com. This is my domain so we can do whatever we want  
with it.

Yeah. The ALU is a whole 'nother thing. I'm on the board so we ought  
to be able to maintain friendly relations. But I don't want to be  
tied too closely to the ALU decision making process because it's not  
exactly lithe. I suppose if we make a real success of CL Gardeners on  
the lispniks.com domain then someday we might be able to suggest to  
the ALU that we take over lisp.org and let alu.org be the ALU domain.  
But I don't see any real problem with moving ahead now on  
lispniks.com; it'll matter far more what actually do than what domain  
it's on.

I think we want to maintain our independence both for our own sake  
and also for the sake's of the existing projects--let them keep doing  
what they do well and let us try to get our own thing going and  
*then* see where there are opportunities for convergence and  
collaboration.
