Done. You are the owner, so should be getting a mail about the list  
from Mailman. I've configured it in the standard, replies go back to  
the list, only subscribers can post, setup that fosters discussion  
and keeps you from having to clear a queue of hundreds of spam  
messages a day. But you can adjust the settings as you see fit--just  
be sure you keep on top of any moderation that needs to happen so the  
box doesn't get choked on unmoderated messages. Folks who want to  
follow the goings on should subscribe at:
