Wait, what? We're looking for web design people? I am not a web design guru but I can do it decently. But I need someone to point me at a task (one at a time please) and say "Go!" Then I do them. But if all the direction I get is "kind of make this site better somehow", I get distracted with how many things could be done and don't do any of them.
