Just a question to the heat and mass balance- The brochure states a gasification efficiency of 75 % and 5 w % char loss.
5 w% char is approx. 20 kJ/s and latent heat in the gas is around 40 kJ/s and assuming 5 kJ/s heat losses from the reactor and 5 Kw parasitic electric losses at 33 % efficiency, the total losses in primary energy is 20+40+5+15 = 80 Kj/s out of 170 KJ/s fuel = 47 %.
