First, concerning the rule about catching a kickoff out of bounds:

 

Should we teach our players to try to have one foot out of bounds whenever
the ball is close to the sideline?  I think the rule is stupid.  The ball
would definitely have come down in bounds.

 

Second, has anyone heard if Spikes will pay any consequence for kicking the
ball out after scoring on the interception?
