Dang.  If she is rich enough to take out a color ad - tell her to move to Raleigh, NC and she can watch the games at my place ;-)
 
1. Contact the local sports bars to see which ones have a gator club
 
2. Contact the UF alumni association and tell them that you would like to to start a club and see if they will hel by sending out notices

I have a really good Gator friend that lives in Des Moines.  Does anyone know if they have any watching parties and where they may be located?  She already has a plan.  I don’t see any flaws, do you guys?

Football season....here's my plan:  I thought I'd take out a color ad in the newspaper seeking Gator fans in Des Moines so we could start a Gator club here.  Then I'd see which one of the "new members" that show up, has a large screen tv.  Then the club dues could go towards purchasing a football package for said person and we could all watch games at that person's house.  How does that sound?  Think it would work, or do I have flaws in my plan?
